Analysis of a mampuest in adobe reinforced with cane brava fibers for use in rural constructions

Abstract

This article will present the advances in the mampuests of adobe reinforced with cane brava which have 7 kinds of mixes with different proportions. Contemplating the 0,2% and 0,1% of fiber, in the same way, it was used stabilizers like lime and cement in the following proportions 7% and 9%. This with the purpose of analyzing their mechanical behavior to traction, compression, and flexion to be compared later with a sample pattern and evidence of their improvement.
