Abstract

Community research was carried out responding to the needs of a social, economic type of rural society, offering solutions to a place in the community, motivating and organizing so that each of the identified needs with the development of self-diagnoses. The identification and solution of a problem that had been affecting the community was worked between 2017 and 2018 with the people living in the village, after socializing and analyzing them, the community affirmed a very important one that went unnoticed. absence of a first aid kit, since each family can´t have one, it was proposed to have a community kit. The methodology used was the logical framework in three community works I, II and III, in order to interact with the community, diagnose the situation, the problem, propose objectives and indicators that satisfy rural society taking into account the main rural development variables, social innovation and risks of occupational accidents worked in the field with a group of 7 leaders from the town of Pueblo Viejo de Guayabal de Síquima, Cundinamarca.
