Diseño de una herramienta para el desarrollo de auditorías internas ambientales en Colombia

Abstract

This research provides the implementation and certification of the ISO 14001: 2015 standard, guidance on how to carry out internal audits, not only to their environmental management system (EMS) but also to the performance by processes, based on the Mexican standard NMX 162: 2012. This document presents a conceptual correlation of the set of related terms and to be taken into account in the EMS for a subsequent operational correlation between the ISO 14001: 2015 standards and the Mexican standard NMX 162: 2012, concludes that it is necessary to include in these correlations the international standard ISO 19011: 2011 corresponding to management system audits. The design of a tool is established that specifies the methodology to carry out an internal environmental audit and includes aspects that are considered necessary for the development of this process within organizations.
