The law of judges in the environmental protection: Recovery and protection about the Bogotá river

Abstract

This article aims to develop a jurisprudential study of the judgments handed down by the Constitutional Court and the Council of State in Colombia, aimed at examining the precedent developed by these high courts, on the protection of water as a fundamental right, specifically examining the Case from Bogotá River and the public policies implemented to comply with the judicial decisions that ordered their recovery.
